Introduction

Kerry Hill Architects is a Singapore-based architectural practice. The firm is known for its thoughtful interpretations of traditional Japanese architecture and its sensitive approach to its buildings' settings and cultural contexts. Kerry Hill (1943 - 2018) was an Australian architect who specialized in hotel design in tropical Asia. His works are known for their steeply-pitched pavilion roofs, shaded walkways, and water features. He also designed the City of Perth Library and won the Australian Institute of Architects Gold Medal.
