Apex Property Group, a boutique Hong Kong developer founded by Vicky Lam and Sylvia Tang in 2012, operates from Tokyo and specializes in real estate development. With extensive prior experience in Hong Kong, China, UK, Australia, and USA, they launched their first project, LOFT Niseko, featuring ultra-luxury loft-style apartments in Japan's prestigious Niseko ski resort. Their subsequent project, Hanaridge, offers individual plots with houses, ski-in access, Mount Yotei views, and natural hot spring connections.

Niseko Projects
Apex Property's initial success in Niseko began with the LOFT Niseko, centrally situated in Hirafu Village. Designed by Riccardo Toscani Architecture and interior design associated with Yoo Studio by Philip Starck, it set a new benchmark in luxury. Subsequently, Apex developed Hanaridge, featuring houses with onsen linked to each lot, elevating standards for luxury chalet skiing among Asia’s ultra-high-net-worth travelers.
