Introduction

The Company was officially registered as a limited company on December 16, 2009, with an initial capital of 10.0 million Baht by the Jaroon-ek family (Mr. Peerapong Jaroon-ek and Mrs. Arada Jaroon-ek) to engage in condominium development along the mass transit railway system in Bangkok and its vicinity. Boasting over a decade of experience as senior executives in a large corporation and as entrepreneurs in the real estate sector, the Jaroon-ek family initially entered the real estate arena through a venture into serviced apartments.

In 2009, recognizing a lucrative business opportunity in real estate development, the Jaroon-ek family established the Company. Over the years, the Company has consistently pursued condominium projects, resulting in an expanding customer base. The Company has garnered recognition from its target customers as a leading developer in condominiums, offering unique designs that align with consumer preferences in terms of project type, location, and reasonable pricing.

Origin Property's primary source of revenue comes from selling real estate, including land, houses, and residential condominium units. The company also provides project management services. The company's first condominium project was the "Sense of London" condominium, which was an eight-story building with 162 units.

In 2018, the company engaged in key financial activities, issuing bonds totaling 2,000 million baht (maturing in 2020) and a third bond of 800 million baht (maturing in 2021). During the Annual General Meeting in April 2018, the bond issuance limit was increased by 3,000 million baht to 7,000 million baht. Furthermore, 8,000,000 common shares were allocated to support warrant exercises. A subsidiary, Primo Property Solutions, was renamed Primo Service Solutions in June 2018. In 2017, the company increased capital by 13,500,000 shares, and an Extraordinary General Meeting approved the acquisition of Proud Residence for 4,000 million baht. Additionally, 81,197,171 common shares were issued to raise capital. In 2016, a subsidiary changed its name to Primo Property Solution, and another subsidiary increased its registered capital to 2.0 million baht.
